Most likely you meant, not how to download the game to the mac, but how to run it. You need to allow launching from unknown sources. But this option has been removed from modern mac versions.

just had a similar bug. basically it show the ass and front of swinky on each side of the hole were the ass is supposed to be. the ass is to the left and the front is to the right of the hole. the hole is black and so are the holes for the feet.
